Meet the founder
Sean Paul Payne Dinwiddie founded Sean Dinwiddie’s Webmastery and works from Klamath Falls. You meet him at the KLounge or at your own shop, or by phone, video or email, to settle the written scope and fee for a job you have already named.
Sean has been creating websites for over a decade. Whether you need a new site or help getting found online, the team does practical work that makes sense for Klamath Falls. The written scope names the webmaster who does your work, and Sean reviews the result against it before launch.
How we can help your business
New websites & refreshes
Websites that put what your customers come for in front of them: your hours, location, menu or services, and a button to call or book. Every site is made to load fast and work well on phones.
Improve what you have
Already have a website? The team changes what no longer fits, makes it easier to update, or helps more people find you online. Each improvement is a defined job, priced in writing before it starts.
Custom software
Online booking, a customer portal, or two systems that should talk to each other: the team builds custom software sized to the job, with the fee in writing before work starts.
Local search help
Help people in Klamath Falls find your business when they search online. We set up your Google Business Profile in your own name, make your details match on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and Facebook, and help your website show up for local searches.
What you can expect
A written scope and fee in plain words before work starts, with no surprise costs. A shop's first website is a flat fee, a full share ($6,000) of the $6,000 monthly engagement, and one-time work starts at a third share ($2,000). For a public office working toward its ADA Title II date (April 26, 2027 for one serving 50,000 or more people, April 26, 2028 for a smaller one or a special district), an accessibility review is a half share ($3,000): the templates the scope names (the page layouts the site is built from), checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, with findings in priority order, a remediation plan priced in shares and a draft accessibility statement. The $120,000 annual engagement carries the whole program, including a review of key documents, and can be ended for convenience. Public offices pay on their own invoice terms.
Three things to say
Tell us the job, when it is needed and which example on this page it comes closest to. Sean answers every serious inquiry, one that says those three things, and the answer leads to a written scope and fee.
Get in touchNot sure what you need yet
When the job itself needs working out first, a consultation is a third share ($2,000) of the $6,000 monthly engagement and ends in notes you keep: what to build, what to leave, and the shares each part would take.
Working with local businesses since 2010
Sean understands what works in Klamath Falls: reliable websites that help people find you, understand what you do, and call, book or order. What gets built runs in your own accounts, and you are shown how to run it.
