A website is a one-time flat fee, a full share ($6,000) of the $6,000 monthly engagement, or two ($12,000) if it takes orders, bookings or payments itself; a custom build runs in whole shares, and work on a site you already have starts at a third share ($2,000), each approved in writing before it starts.

3. Build it, with checks that catch problems before you see them
4. Try it somewhere safe first, then go live
5. Hand it over running in your own accounts; keeping it watched, patched and improved sits in the monthly engagement
